Ingredients:
- 8 carrots
- 400 g cooked chickpeas
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice of 1.5 lemons
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp miso
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp cold water
Instructions
- Cut the carrots in half and season them with salt, pepper, chili flakes and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Place them in the airfryer and roast for 20 min to 180°C or 360 F.
- Make the hummus by blending the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water, miso, 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt and cumin.
- Add the roasted carrots and blend until smooth.
- Serve with some more olive oil, nigella seeds or black sesame, and enjoy!
